Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item. To change an Item/Order you have to cancel the existing order and place new order. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled

We currently do not have the facility to Exchange an item. You can place a return request & place new order

I need to return an item ? What is the Return process?
A.

You can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund.

You could initiate a return for your order or Products by Sending the email on support@hotdeliverybags.com , within 7 days of order delivered. Once your Return request has been accepted, You have to dispatch the product (intact condition) to our office address. Return Courier Charges : – The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer.

How I can receive Refund ?

Once We received return item, we will do QC check of return product. Once QC passed we will refund the payment through Original Mode of payment
