Www.hotdeliverybags.com warrants that all our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Hot Delivery Bags provides a limited six-month manufacturer Defect warranty on all its products. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have not been handled and used as prescribed in the warranty exclusions. This warranty assures a repair assurance as long as the Warranty Terms enumerated below are met. Replacement will be taken up as an exception and is not guaranteed.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and not wear and tear due to usage. Excluded from this warranty is deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear, or due to the natural, unavoidable, weakening of materials with extended use or with passage of time. To maximize product life it is important to read and follow the advice and warnings provided in instructions for the use and care of the product. Excluded from this warranty is damage caused by improper use or improper care. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.

The Thermally Insulated Delivery Bags are designed to be maximally water resistant. Avoid contact with excessive water. Use soft sponge with mild cleaning agents to clean the bag and a dry cloth to wipe and keep in sunlight to get rid of spillage odour. Regular sun drying of the bags is recommended to keep the bags clean and fresh
